Rules that keep TrustKar safe, fair, and transparent for everyone.
1. Using TrustKar
TrustKar is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers in Pakistan. We do not handle payments, shipping, or deliveries directly. All transactions, payments, and logistics are arranged between users. We provide tools, trust scores, reviews, and order tracking to make these interactions safer and more transparent.
2. Account Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use TrustKar. Every account requires a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. One person may only operate one personal account. Business accounts are allowed for registered sellers.
3. Posting Rules
All listings must be accurate, legal, and in the correct category. Prohibited items include weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, and anything illegal under Pakistani law. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these rules without notice. Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension.
4. Trust Score & Reviews
Trust scores are calculated based on verified orders, buyer reviews, response rate, and dispute history. Reviews can only be left by buyers who completed a purchase. Fake reviews, self-rating, or attempts to manipulate the trust system will result in immediate account action.
5. Disputes & Reports
If a deal goes wrong, users can report the issue via the built-in dispute system. Our team reviews every dispute within 24 hours. TrustKar acts as a neutral mediator — we do not guarantee refunds or enforce payments, but we help document the issue and guide both parties toward resolution.
6. Limitation of Liability
TrustKar is not liable for any direct loss arising from user-to-user transactions. We provide the platform and trust tools; users are responsible for verifying sellers, inspecting products, and arranging secure payments. Always meet in safe public places when possible.
